The subject of the present invention is the association of lightweight materials, in the form of hurdles, with a view to a use as movable barriers, intended to channel or keep animals. In order to do this, the invention proposes to use composite synthetic materials which are sufficiently strong in the mechanical sense of the term, and assembled together so as to obtain the hurdles, which form the subject of the present invention. The subject of the invention is also a method for manufacturing the already-defined hurdles, particularly for fixing the inner flexible material to the peripheral frame. <IMAGE>
