PURPOSE:To aim at making a balance correcting device compact, by engaging movable weights threadely with a pair of feed screws which are arranged orthogonal to each other in a casing member, and by associating the feed screws with motors through the intermediary of speed reduction devices. CONSTITUTION:A pair of movable weights 11, 12 for correcting unbalance between a grindstone 5 and a spindle 6 are disposed in a main body casing 2. Feed screws 18, 19 are rotatably supported by bearings 20 on the lower side of one end part of the movable weights 11, 12. The feed screws 18, 19 are associated with motors 27, 28 through the intermediary of reduction devices. Accordingly, it is possible to constitute a mechanism for driving movable weights with a less number of parts. |
