PURPOSE:To connect rubber products with each other by a joint with uniform hardness by a method wherein a certain amount of rubber material, which is charged in a pot, is supplied to a metering cylinder so as to pour a certain amount of the rubber material in the gap of the joint of the rubber products set in a mold through the actuation of a pouring cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The piston rod 6a of a pouring cylinder 6 is pushed out by the pouring cylinder 6 under the state that tips of the pouring nozzles 18 abut against the sprue of a mold 21. Thus, two pouring plungers 11 are pushed through a pushing-down plate 9 in respective metering cylinders 12 so as to send the rubber materials in the metering cylinders 12 through a change-over valve 13, and passages into the pouring nozzles 18 in order to pour the rubber materials from the tips of the pouring nozzles 18 into the cavity of the mold 21. The rubber materials poured in the cavity of the mold 21 expand in the cavity and at the same time are vulcanized by being heated up to a temperature of, for example, about 180 deg.C so as to form the joint of weatherstrips 20. |
