PURPOSE:To surely withdraw a cleaned toner, and to reuse it, by implanting brushes spirally to the periphery of a rotary cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A toner on which cleaning is not applied passes under a sealing member 14, and its large part, after passing, is eliminated from the surface of a photosensitive drum 6 mechanically by a cleaning blade 12. The toner drops from the surface of the photosensitive drum 6 by gravity, and is carried downward compulsorily by the rotational force of a brush roller 13. The sealing member 14 dips up the toner dropping from upward, and prevents the toner from passing between the sealing member 14 and the photosensitive drum 6. Since the brush 13b of the brush roller 13 is moved as if it rubs slidably at least the tip part of the sealing member 14, the toner at the part is carried compulsorily. The toner drops from the upper plane of the sealing member 14, and is collected at the gathering part 8a of a casing 8, and is carried by the rotation of a coil 16 to this side, and is returned and reused passing through a toner carrying pipe.
