PURPOSE:To perform clean exhaust and to improve suction performance, by making an AC commutator motor a brushless DC motor and by conducting DC-controlling of this brushless DC motor within a predetermined control range by means of an inverter controlling device. CONSTITUTION:When an electric blower composed of a fan 8 and a brushless DC motor 9 is driven by an inverter control device 10, the wind sucked from a hose 2 is discharged from a main body 1 of a vacuum cleaner through a filter 6, the fan 8 and a filter 7. The brushless DC motor 9 can thus be endowed with a series-wound characteristic in accordance with the load condition and becomes a driving source of the electric blower suitable for the vacuum cleaner. |
