<p>PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the external appearance and commercial value by a method wherein sole materials in fluid state are prevented from flowing into other compartments and the like by forming jut-chambers, each of which horizontally connects to a part of the peripheral wall of each side of each compartment partitioned by partition walls in the recess of the bottom force of a mold. CONSTITUTION:Sole materials 1 and 11, which are formed in advance by cutting, are housed in the respective compartments 4 and jut-chambers 6 connecting to the compartments of the recess 2 of the bottom force (b) of a mold A. Next, a mold is closed by pressing the bottom force (b) with a top force (a) so as to vulcanize or crosslink the sole materials 1 and 11 in the mold A by heating. At this time, though the sole materials 1 and 11 in the mold A and the like are in flowable state, compartment part connecting to the respective jut-chamber part 12 are checked from shifting into other compartment 4, because the compartment part and the jut-chamber parts 12 are formed integrally and the respective jut-chamber parts 12 are checked their shirting by means of the side peripheral wall and corner parts 8 of the respective jut-chambers 6. Accordingly, after that, a sole member B is released from the mold A and cut off with a shape-punching cutter with a desired sole shape in order to form a sole or intermediate sole.</p> |
