The slip form wall consists of two form panels (8) which with their plane are arranged essentially vertically and overlap one another with horizontal marginal strips. One form panel (8) each is connected via a joint (7) to a skid (1) or a roof bar (2). The joint (7) is fastened to the longitudinal side of the skid (1) or the roof bar (2) as well as to one marginal strip each of the form panels (8) which is opposite the overlapping marginal strips. Via cylinder/piston-rod units acting on the centre area of each form panel (8) in an articulated manner, the form panels (8) can be swung into an essentially aligned position, can be held in this position until the roadside pack is completed, and can then be released from it before the slip form wall is shifted into a new position. <IMAGE>
