The invention proposes a protective-blind device in which the lamellae consist of a transparent material and by means of which the incidence of light is ensured in the closed state. For watering, ventilating, sowing and planting, there is no longer any need to lift up and secure a glass pane, because all that needs to be done is to adjust the position of lamellae or to draw them together on one side. Moreover, rain can be channelled in as watering water by positioning the lamellae obliquely.
