PURPOSE:To inform changed schedule information to a person concerned by retrieving the relevant schedule information from a data base according to inputted change information and deciding whether the schedule information can be changed or not by the change information. CONSTITUTION:When the change information of the schedule is inputted, change requested schedule information is retrieved and extracted from the data base part. Initially, it is decided whether the inputted change information can be changed or not. When change capability is deficient, the message of a schedule change disable is answered and outputted. When a change condition is satisfied, the change processing procedure of a personal schedule is carried out according to the change information. Whether the schedule information can be informed to the person concerned or not is decided from an operation environment status. The change information is outputted in a message and informed to the person concerned. When a work station executes any operation, a request for a temporary interruption is issued to the operation. |
