PURPOSE:To permit to take out power from a power take-out shaft easily by a method wherein the power take-out shaft, coaxial with a counter shaft in the power distributing device of input and output shafts series type while a clutch is provided between the counter shaft and the power take-out shaft. CONSTITUTION:An input gear 16 and first counter gear 38 are being engaged at all times, therefore, when a torque acts on the input shaft 14, the torque is transmitted to the counter shaft 32 through an input unit 16 and the first counter gear 38. When fourth clutch 50 is switched from a position N to a position PTO under this condition, the counter shaft and the power take-out shaft are connected, therefore, the torque of the counter shaft 32 is transmitted to the power take-out shaft 46. That means that the torque of the input shaft 14 is transmitted to the power take-out shaft 46. According to this method, the torque may be taken out of the power take-out shaft 46 when the fourth clutch 50 is connected.
