PURPOSE:To easily increase the number of windings by forming a multi-layer, by forming two coils of bifilar winding on a coil conductor layer of a multi- layer, connecting them so as to become balance winding, and obtaining two windings. CONSTITUTION:To coils X, Y of bifilar winding having the same number of windings and the same winding width are formed by arranging in parallel two pieces of conductors on each coil conductor layer 26-1-26-3, and these coils X, Y of each coil conductor layer 26-1-26-3 are connected so as to become balance winding by which the same two windings are formed centering around a midpoint terminal 30. The number of windings is increased by forming a multi-layer, and at every layer, the number of windings and the winding width can be changed, and the upper magnetic layer 27 can be smoothed without having an inter-layer step difference. Also, by decreasing the number of winding of the coils X, Y of each coil conductor layer 26-1-26-3 toward the upper layer, the end parts of the coil conductor layers 26-1-26-3 can be formed to a smooth slant face positively. |
