PURPOSE:To obtain an edible film having heat-sealing properties, by incorporating a solid fat into the edible film. CONSTITUTION:Normally about 0.01-20wt%, preferably about 0.1-10wt% solid fat selected from glyceride, surface active fats, fatty acids or salt thereof or esters thereof, etc., is finely dispersed into a common edible film such as a wafer, pullulan film, etc., or to the surface of said film. |
