PURPOSE:To easily obtain a magnetic head that has an azimuth at an adjacent position in the track width direction and to improve the tracking accuracy, by using the thin film magnetic heads for both picture signals and information signals. CONSTITUTION:A composite thin film magnetic head 50 contains magnetic heads 10 and 20 for picture signals and a magnetic head 30 for sound signals which has an azimuth theta to both heads 10 and 20 and is adjacent to these heads toward the track width Tw of both heads 10 and 20. These heads 10, 20 and 30 are made of thin films and record and reproduce the picture or sound signals by rubbing the insulated layer gaps 13a, 23a and 33a held between upper magnetic layers 11, 21 and 31 and lower magnetic layers 12, 22 and 32 to a flexible magnetic recording disk. |
