PURPOSE:To improve waterproofness by forming a housing space on a face part connected to the visor which surrounds a mirror of a mirror case, and housing a mirror driving unit including a tilt fulcrum mechanism and tilt mechanisms around horizontal-axis and vertical-axis into said space. CONSTITUTION:In a door mirror device, a mirror base plate 45 is tiltably supported by a tilt fulcrum mechanism A having a stationary pivot 58. And, a tilt mechanism around a horizontal-axis (figure omitted) has a movable pivot on a vertical axis passing through the stationary pivot 58, while a tilt mechanism around a vertical-axis B has a movable pivot 59 on a horizontal axis passing through the stationary pivot 58. In this case, a projecting part 20 is formed on a the center part of a face part 8b connected to the visor 19 which surrounds a mirror 47 of a mirror case 8, and a housing case 44 is formed between the projecting part 20 and a unit case 7. And, a mirror driving unit F including said mechanisms is housed in this housing case 44, thereby, improving waterproofness. |
