CASSETTE LOADER

摘要

PURPOSE:To smoothly and surely perform the loading and unloading of a cassette by linking a 3rd rack with a 2nd rack and a spring and setting the tooth and phase composed on a 1st rack and composing it with the teeth in less number therefrom. CONSTITUTION:The 1st rack 34 and 3rd rack 44 motion with engaging with the gear 36 of a driving arm 31 in a vertical stroke in case of unloading a cassette. The tooth 48 on the 2nd rack 40 is made not to engage with the gear 36 of the driving arm 31 in the horizontal motion zone of the cassette holder 26 corresponding to the space zone between the angular hole 42 of the 2nd rack 40 and the bending part 43 of the 1st rack 34. The simple and inexpensive cassette loader device enabling to perform a series of motions of the loading and unloading of a cassette without an exclusive motor is obtd. by composing the 2nd rack 40 enabling a horizontal motion by engaging with the output gear 47 which transmits the output of the driving motor for the device and the driving arms 31, 31' equipped with the gear 36 engaging with the tooth provided on the 1st rack 34 linked by a tensile spring 41 thereon.
