PURPOSE:To eliminate the collision between holders and works in a conveying operation by providing a feed bar in such a way that the bar can move longitudinally and vertically, and attaching oscillatable work holders via a push and pull shaft to said bar. CONSTITUTION:A feed bar 25 is moved upward together with a lifting base 10 via a power transmission shaft 6 by a driving device for lifting to lift the works 52a-52c attracted to holders 35. The bar 25 is moved by one pitch together with a carriage 26 by a driving device for forward and backward movement to move downward the works and to move upward the bar 25. A push and pull shaft 33 is moved by a driving device for clamping to oscillate the holders via a rack 40, a pinion 39 and a shaft 34 like a virtual line (a), thereby escaping the holders to the outside of the press forming section. The holders 35 are reset after press forming and the bar 25 is moved downward to attract the works and to continue the conveyance. The work feeding in one pitch unit is thus accomplished without allowing the holders to collide against the works. |
