A device is provided to mold a wide variety of patterns onto one or both sides of a rubber pad by using a rotating belt. A device for molding a pattern on a rubber pad, includes a thermal compression drum(11), an interlock roller(12), a pattern molding belt(10), support rollers(21,22), a tension roller(23), a support belt(20), and an auxiliary molding belt. The thermal compression drum is heated by a heater. The interlock roller is arranged oppositely from the thermal compression drum. The pattern molding belt has both inner ends wound onto outer circumferences of the thermal compression drum and the interlock roller, and one surface equipped with a pattern portion(10a) formed in a lengthwise direction. The support rollers are arranged from both sides of the thermal compression drum. The tension roller is arranged at the center of the opposite side from the support rollers. The support belt has an inner surface wound along inner circumferences of the support rollers and the tension roller, and one side tightly contacting the pattern molding belt wound onto the thermal compression drum. An auxiliary tension roller is arranged at one side from the tension roller, and the auxiliary molding belt is arranged outside the support belt. The auxiliary molding belt is wound along the auxiliary tension roller and the support rollers.
