PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material having improved shelf-life and capable of giving a clear image by incorporating a specific base precursor and a heat- meltable compd. having a specific m.p. and a polar group to a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer contains the base precursor shown by [{R(SO2CH2CO2H)x}.By] and the heat-meltable compd. having m.p. of 30-200 deg.C and contg. the polar group. In the formula, R is a mono or a bivalent group selected from the group comprising hydrogen atom, alkyl, alkylene, alkylene-Q-alkylene, aryl, arylene-Q-arylene and a heterocyclic ring group, Q is a bivalent group selected from the group comprising -O-, -S-, -SO- and -SO2-, B is a monoacid-base or a diacid-base having >=9pKa and <=12 total carbon atom. Thus, the titled material having an excellent shelf-life and capable of obtaining a very clear image is obtd. |
