A fluid transfer lid (10) for removably coupling to pharmacy bottles or containers (B) for withdrawing and/or delivering liquid medication or other fluid therefrom or thereto. In example forms, a syringe (S) comprising a male or female connection tip couples with a transfer port (24) of the lid, thereby allowing the transfer of fluids from the container and to the syringe.
