The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating obesity, hyperlipidemia, and fatty liver, comprising a complex extract of Fomitopsis pinicola mycelium, Acanthopanax senticosus, Allium tuberosum, and Viscum album var. coloratum as an active ingredient. The complex extract of the present invention has anti-obesity effects with respect to white fat reduction and weight loss, effects in improving blood lipid, and effects in inhibiting the production of fatty liver, thereby being efficiently used for preventing or treating obesity, hyperlipidemia, and fatty liver.
