<p>An apparatus for assembling a structure comprising a framing and shelf plates spreaded thereon, and an assembly method based on this apparatus, the apparatus is composed of a frame cramping device, which consists of a rectangular case, longitudunal girders arranged in parallel on both sides of the case through support members, and frame cramping jigs arranged on aforesaid case and logitudunal girders to place and cramp each member of aforesaid framing in given relative position, and a structure assembling device, which consists of a stand whose top surface is of the same shape as a given outside surface of roof shell plates, and shell tensioning jigs attached to the stand, to extend the roof shell plates placed on said stand while aligning each shell plate to the corresponding position of the stand; and aforesaid structure is assembled by crowning the structure assembly device containing aforesaid shell plates already set with the frame cramping device containing aforesaid framing already set, so that the framing is placed in relative position on the shell plates, and by welding the shell plates to the framing as they are assembled.</p> |
