<p>In a process for producing a diffusion-tight plastics tube, especially from polypropylene, after the extrusion process and subsequent cooling, the tube surface is subjected to a thermal oxidation causing an increase in the surface roughness. Subsequently the plastics tube is cooled, provided with a lacquer-like substance which is distributed uniformly over the tube surface or the tube circumference and then dried.</p> |
