<p>PURPOSE:To prohibit the processing of jobs performed only by certain plural terminal equipments, at the operating side of a system for a required period, when the same jobs are performed by the plural terminal equipments, by providing a processing job permission flag in a terminal managing file. CONSTITUTION:When necessity to make impossible the input of sale data in which stock data from the terminal equipments 4A1-4Am are updated, is generated, the content of the terminal managing file 30 is displayed on the picture plane of an input device 1 by a processing job permission flag setting/ processing part 22 in a processing device 2, by the instruction from the input device 1, and the processing job permission flag 34 of the inputting job of the sale data at every terminal equipment of the terminal equipments 4A1-4Am is set as non-permission (0). Also, since the input of the sale data can be performed in terminal equipments 4B1-4Bn, a corresponding processing job permission flag 34 is set at permission (1) by the processing of the processing job permission flag setting/processing part 22, by the input from the input device, 1.
