PURPOSE:To eliminate efficiently a interference wave, by detecting a disturbing wave component and controlling the phase of a receiving signal so as to maximize the level of the component, in a disturbing wave eliminating device used for a television radio wave reception. CONSTITUTION:A received signal received by a receiving antenna 1a, and a received signal by a receiving antenna 1b shifted by DELTAphi with a variable phase shifter 24, and of which output signal delayed in phase by 180 deg. at pi phase shifter 26, are pass through notch filters 27, 28 of desired waves to cut off the omega1 component of the desired wave, allowing to appear the omega2 component of the interference wave from the receiving antenna 1a or 1b. Outputs of the filters 27, 28 are synthesized respectively, the interference wave level is detected at an interference level detector 30 and the phase shift amount DELTAphi of the variable phase shifter 24 is controlled so as to maximize the detected level at all times. The interference wave omega2 is cancelled in terms of vector and only the desired wave omega1 is outputted from a synthesizer 31. |
