<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a doubled exciter which has no trouble due to an automatic tracking unit by gathering voltage setters which belongs to two automatic voltage regulators to a voltage setter. CONSTITUTION:A motor-driven voltage setter 18 with two setters having two setters is provided. No. 1 automatic voltage regulator 9 and No. 2 automatic voltage regulator 10 respectively apply deviation signals V1, V2 between the generator voltage fed through transformers 4, 5 for an instrument and a set voltage set by the setter 18 to phase controllers 13, 14. The controllers 13, 14 apply gate signals to thyristors 6, 7 when No. 1 selection signal contact 16 and No. 2 selection signal contact 17 are closed. A control signal comparator 19 outputs a malfunction signal when the both output signals V1, V2 are different to each other.</p> |
