PURPOSE:To provide electrode needles with a high density to conduct a high- accuracy recording, by a method wherein an electrode fixing member for an electrode head consists of lublicating inorganic powder and acrylate resin. CONSTITUTION:An electrode fixing member for an electrode head consists of lublicating inorganic powder and acrylate resin. The inorganic powder in use has a flat particle structure and preferably as a 1-3 low Mohs hardness in view of the lublicating properties and wearability; particularly, hexagonal boron nitride and talc is most preferably used for the heat stability in the air and the lublicating properties and wearability. The acrylate resin is used because it has a property of thermally decomposing to a monomer due to a high temperature. The fixing member has an appropriate wearability and a good head resistance and a flexural strength, thus enabling good printing recording properties to be imparted without damaging the discharge breakdown recording paper. Therefore, the electrode had of the type wherein an electrode needles 11 is not projected but exposed from fixing portions 12, 13 can be provided; in this manner, the recording needles 11 can be provided with a high density to enable a high-accuracy recording. |
