摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the measuring time, by counting a preliminary spray time and integration time, detecting the depression of a push button at an operating section with a timer to integrate an output signal of a detector section by an integration means in response to an output from the timer. CONSTITUTION:Upon the detection of the depression of a push button, a preliminary spray is started and a timer 20 counts preliminary spray time. As a set preliminary spray time elapses, an integration means 22 takes in a detection signal from a detector section 8 to start integration and as a set integration time elapses, a memory means 24 memorizes the results of the integration. After the integration is performed specified times, a coefficient of variation is calculated by a coefficient of variation calculating means 26 from the results of the integration. A comparator means 28 compares the coefficient of variation with a coefficient of variation set with an upper limit setting section 14b at a controlling section, when the value is less than the upper limit, an averaging means 30 averages an integrated value of the memory means 24 and finally. This only requires one initial depression for the push button at the start of measurement thereby reducing the measuring time of the same sample.
