发明名称 CHARGING METHOD FOR SINTERING RAW MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To control the charging density of the sintering raw material on a pallet so as to improve air permeability and to improve the productivity of sintered ore by using a raw material charger disposed with plural bar materials each having a specific shape at the time of supplying the sintering raw material onto the rotary pallet of a sintering machine for iron ore. CONSTITUTION:The sintering raw material 4 such as powdery iron ore, coke and quicklime is discharged from a hopper 1 onto the rotary pallet 9 of the sintering machine by a drum feeder 2. The raw material charger inclined near to the surface of the pallet 9 is mounted to the lower part of an inclined sloping plate 3 on which the sintering raw material 4 falls. The charger is mounted with the plural bar materials 7 so as to have the smaller width on the entry side of the pallet 9 than on the deliver side and to have the wider spacing from the lower part toward the upper part. The raw material, passing the charger, forms layers on the pallet 9 in such a manner that the coarse grains in the raw material come to the lower side and the pulverized powder comes to the upper side. The densities of the raw material layers 8 are smaller from the upper part toward the lower part and since the air permeation rate from the upper part is not hindered, the sintered ore having the excellent strength is efficiently produced at a high speed.
