Instant food is prepd. from peanuts and their embryo buds. Thus, the toasted, powd. peanuts and embryo buds are extd. with alcohol at 55≦̸C for 3 hr and the solvent is removed to give oily soln., which is mixed with 15wt.% of 10% dextrin soln. and 0.002 wt.% lactic acid, homogenized at 100-200kg/cm2 for 30-60min, sprayed onto the 16-30 mesh peanut particles to give oily peanut (satd. with 50-60% oil). 230 oily peanut, 95 vegetable protein obtd. from soybean, 260 powd, milk, 70 sucrose, 60 embryo bud powd., 210 potato powd., 90 corn powd., and 10g spices are mixed and granulated. 1025g granulated peanut material is mixed with 4 dried scallion and 5g dried carrot to give final prods.
