CONSTITUTION:A bacterium such as Xanthomonas cucurbitae (IFO 13552), Xanthomonas physalidicola (IFO 13555), Xanthomonas pisi (IFO 13556), Xanthomonas pruni (IFO 3780), etc., is cultivated and a product is collected from the culture mixture to give the aimed polysaccharide. |
