PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. having excellent permanent antistatic properties and resistance to impact and heat, by blending a specified polyether ester amide with a polyphenylene ether resin and a thermoplastic styrene resin. CONSTITUTION:A salt (a) of a 4 C or higher aminocarboxylic acid, lactam or a 4 C or higher diamine with a dicarboxylic acid (e.g., caprolactam) is reacted with a polyethylene glycol (b) having a number-average MW of 200-6,000 and a 4-20 C dicarboxylic acid (c) a (e.g., adipic acid) to obtain a polyether ester amide (A) composed of 95-10wt% polyether ester unit. 1-90pws.wt. component A is blended with 99-1pt.wt. polyphenylene ether resin (B) composed of a unit of the formula [wherein Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 are each H, halogen, a hydrocarbon(oxy) or a halogenated hydrocarbon(oxy); and n is a number of not smaller than 20] and 0-98pts.wt. thermoplastic styrene resin (C) (e.g., a rubber-modified PS) in such an amount that the combined amount of the component A, B and C is 100pts.wt.
