PURPOSE:To make the interval of recorded and formed traces constant, by providing an area which contains recorded trace patterns of prescribed intervals and address signals formed at every three recorded trace patterns and another area which indicates reference rotary phases at the inside of a recording area. CONSTITUTION:The disk D of this invention is constituted of a recording area RD which contains recorded traces by the 1st optical spot modulated in intensity by information signals and signals recorded by the non-modulated 2nd optical spot in land section, recorded area PGD at the inside of the recording area RD, and another recorded area SPD at the inside of the recorded area PGD. Recorded trace patterns of a state which holds prescribed intervals TP are formed in the area PGD and prescribed address signals Sa are respectively recorded in advance at every three recorded traces of the patterns in the vicinity of the specific radius X of the disk D. Moreover, signals SP indicating the reference rotary phase of the disk D are previously recorded in the area SPD. When such constitution is used, the recorded traces which are successively formed by the 1st optical spot are maintained at the regular intervals TP in accordance with the recorded traces of the area PGD. |
