PURPOSE:To execute a wide range of uniform soldering with quick cooling so as to speed up the heating up of an iron tip and to improve working efficiency by pressing the iron tip which is heated up by pressing a heating element built in a heater thereto to working parts and soldering said parts, then separating the heating element. CONSTITUTION:The heating element 1 built in the heater 2 is pressed by a retaining spring 5 to the iron tip 3 to heat up the iron tip. The heated up iron tip 3 is pressed to the parts 12A, 12B to be worked, by which said parts are soldered. A rod 8a is pressed by a cylinder 8 to lift the heating element 1, by which the iron tip 3 is quickly cooled and the uniform and good soldering over a wide range is executed. The rod 8a is thereafter pulled up and the heating element 1 is again pressed to the iron tip 3 to heat the same. Working efficiency of soldering is remarkably improved.
