GAS BLOWING PLUG

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration and damage of a shell by disposing a heat conduction blocking material consisting of low heat conductive refractories between the shell disposed to the bottom surface side and side surface of a plug body and the plug body. CONSTITUTION:This gas blowing plug is constituted of the plug body 21 consisting of the carbonaceous refractories having many through-holes 22 penetrating the plug from the base side to the top surface side, the shell 28 disposed to at least the base side and side face side of the plug body 21 and the heat conduction blocking material 23 consisting of the low heat conductive refractories interposed between the shell 28 and the plug body 21. This heat conduction blocking material 23 has <=2.5kcal/mhr deg.C heat conductivity at 1,000 deg.C and is constituted of a truncated cone-shaped porous refractories 24 disposed on the base side of the plug body 21 and sleeve-shaped dense refractories 25 disposed to the peripheral side face side of the plug body 21.
