PURPOSE:To permit high-quality soil piles to be formed by a method in which an agitating efficiency is calculated from detected values of turning and advancing speeds of an excavating blade and on the basis of the calculated value and design strength for each depth, the injecting amount of cement milk is controlled. CONSTITUTION:In constructing in-situ piles and column-line sheathing walls, the turning and advancing speeds of the blade of an excavator are detected by sensors 1 and 2. A stirring efficiency is calculated from the detected turning and advancing speeds by a calculator 3, and the injecting amount of cement milk is calculated on the basis of design strengths for each depth previously obtained, the detected depth by a depth sensor 5, and the stirring efficiency by means of a calculator. A regulating mechanism for injecting amount of cement milk is controlled in such a way that the measured injecting amount by a measurer 4 coincides with the calculated injecting amount by a controller.
