OPERATING METHOD FOR FLUIDIZED KILN

PURPOSE:To facilitate the control of particle diameter of clinker by using clinker having a comparatively large particle diameter which is obtained by crushing a clinker product as seed clinker and introducing it into a fluidized kiln as a fluidized medium in an initial period and forming a high-temp. fluidized bed. CONSTITUTION:A clinker product is preliminarily packed in a cooler 2 in a particle diameter as it is in a starting period of a fluidized kiln 1. As a fluidized medium in an initial period in the inside of the fluidized kiln 1, clinker having the comparatively large particle diameter which is obtained by crushing the clinker product is introduced into the fluidized kiln 1 as seed clinker and a high-temp. fluidized bed is formed. Then clinker having the comparatively small particle diameter which is obtained by crushing the clinker product is introduced into the kiln 1 as nucleus clinker and also a powdery raw material is introduced thereinto and the powdery raw material is granulated in the inside of the fluidized kiln 1 by using nucleus clinker as a nucleus.
