PURPOSE:To improve corrosion resistance by improving adhesion between a metal and mortar or concrete and maintaining strength of the whole of a composite, by making use of an extruding machine at the time of application of polymer cement in a bar, wire and pole of a metal. CONSTITUTION:At the time of application of polymer cement having corrosion resistance in a bar, wire and pole of a metal, the polymer cement is applied in the bar 2 at a position of a die 3 by making use of an extruding machine 1. In this instance, a narrowing equipment 4 is provided at a gateway of the die by adhering close to the same. Upon application of the polymer cement the surface is smoothed by putting a leveling roll on the surface. The same is heated dried and cured under high humidity. Peeling-off does not take place by bending or coming into contact with the other thing. |
