PURPOSE:To attain a broad specific band characteristic and to facilitate the matching in a matching circuit section by increasing the diameter of a radiation element and a phase shift adjusting element, making the diameter of a base radiation element equal to the diameter of the radiation element and the phase shift adjusting element or over. CONSTITUTION:The phase adjustment elements 26a-26d are fixed to a cylindrical insulation cover 31 by an insulation protection member 30. The length of the radiation elements 25a-25d is selected as nearly 1/2 wavelength, the base radiation element 29 is selected to 2/10-4.5/10 wavelength and the length of the phase shift adjusting element 26a-26d are selected as 0.6 time of the 1/2 wavelength. Further, the diameter of the radiation elements 25a-25d and the phase shift adjusting elements 26a 26d are selected as large as 10/100-50/100 wavelength. Then the diameter of the base radiation element 29 is selected equal to or more than the diameter of the radiation elements 25a-25d and the phase shift adjusting elements 26a-26d.
