PURPOSE:To make it possible to damp vibration rapidly by holding a valve plate in a valve action chamber between projected parts thereby restraining the movement of the valve plate in radial direction securely. CONSTITUTION:Approximately in the center of inner surfaces 23a and 24a of upper and lower wall parts 23 and 24 which form a valve working fluid chamber 22 are arranged acute angle-tipped projected parts 30 and 31 to hold the center of a valve plate 17 with point contacts from over and under. Accordingly, the valve plate 27 rapidly closes a communication hole 26 below it while its radial movement is restrained by the projections 30 and 31. Accordingly, working fluid in a working fluid chamber makes a diaphragm expand to damp vibration in a band of frequency effectively.
