PURPOSE:To produce the titled instant coffee in a short time without causing brekage of the product, by pouring extracted liquid of coffee in a female mold having the form of a coffee bean and formed on a belt made of a plastic polymeric material, freezing the liquid and taking the frozen product out of the mold. CONSTITUTION:A belt made of a plastic polymeric material (e.g. polyethylene) and having a number of female molds 1 having a cavity of the form of a coffee bean with 7-15mm in long diameter is extended between a pair of rotary rolls 4, 4' and driven along the direction of the arrow. A concentrated coffee extract liquid B of 25-35 deg.BX is poured in the female mold 1 from a coffee extract pouring apparatus 2 and frozen in a cooling chamber 3. The frozen product is taken out of the female mold 1 at the bending point of the belt and received in a vessel 6.
