<p>A key blade is indicated, with a longitudinal insertion axis A and comprising an elongate and wave-like code pattern 38 running generally in the longitudinal direction and intended to interact with a row 23 of liftably and rotatably movable tumblers 23a-23e in a cylinder-type lock 18. Each locating tumbler has a transversely projecting finger which enters into engagement with the code pattern 38 when the key blade is inserted into the lock. The code pattern 38 has a number of concave places 40-44 which are displaced in the longitudinal and transverse direction in such a manner that they correspond to particular positions of the tumblers in the rotation and height direction which allow the lock to be released. <IMAGE></p> |
