PURPOSE:To surely and efficiently prevent deterioration of drying oil by simple means, by adjusting the ratio of the amount of materials treated with the drying oil per time to the volume of the drying oil and ratio of the contact surface of the drying oil with air to the volume of the filled drying oil to specific values and carrying out frying processing. CONSTITUTION:Materials for drying are put in a frying oil and fried. In the process, the ratio of the amount of the materials treated with the drying oil (kg/hr) per time to the volume of the filled frying oil (l) is adjusted to >=1.0(kg/hr.l) and the ratio of the contact surface (cm<2>) of the drying oil with air to the volume of the filled drying oil (l) is adjusted to <=140(cm<2>/l) to carry out frying processing. Thereby the deterioration of the frying oil is prevented. The ratio of the amount of the materials treated with the drying oil (kg/hr) per time to the volume of the frying oil (l) is preferably kept at >=1.0(kg/hr.l) by pouring a new frying oil in an volume almost equal to the volume of the drying oil absorbed in the materials for drying in drying processing into the drying bath. |
