<p>PURPOSE:To attain stabilization in quality and an improvement in yield by making a side end face of a composite board beautiful, by a method wherein a leak of a core material through a side is prevented by clogging a gap between the composite board and a base and that a sheetlike thing having mold release properties is interposed between the composite board and a molding belt of the side end face. CONSTITUTION:Molding part 3 of side end faces are provided on both sides of a double conveyer 2, a molding belt 4 of the side end face is built in an endless state and the same is run in aligning state with an upper and lower conveyers 2a, 2b. The molding belt 4 of the side end face is formed in about an L-shaped state by providing a protruded piece 4a to a part coming into contact with a lower side base A of a composite board D and a cushion material 4b is stuck to the tip of the protruded piece 4a. The cushion material 4b is fitted to the side end face of the lower side base A of the composite board D and a core material B is prevented from leaking to a surface side of the lower base A by clogging a gap between the lower base A and molding belt 4 of the side end face. Then a sheetlike thing 9 is arranged between the molding belt 4 of the side end face and lower base A and between the back side of the vicinity of the side end face of the lower base A and lower conveyer 2b by an uncoiler 10 arranged at an inlet part of the double conveyer 2, which functions as mold release material to which the core material B does not stick to the molding belt 4 of the side end face.</p> |
