PURPOSE:The titled surface treatment suitable for sealing automobile windows, etc., obtained by blending a specific polysiloxane with methylhydrogen polysiloxane, dimethylpolysiloxane and organotin acylate or a platinum catalyst in a fixed ratio. CONSTITUTION:(A) A composition comprising (i) a polysiloxane [e.g., compound shown by formula I (R is methyl or phenyl; l is preferably 100-200) containing a silanol group or vinyl group at least one end and (ii) a polyfunctional hydroxyl group-containing methylhydrogen polysiloxane crosslinking agent [e.g. compound shown by formula II (m is 10-100), etc.] is blended with (B) 4-10wt% based on the composition A of dimethylpolysiloxane and (C) 3-5wt% organotin acylate or platinum catalyst and diluted in such a way that the solid content concentration of the blend is 2-5wt% to give the aimed treating agent.
