PURPOSE:To perform a stabilized soldering work by preventing the scattering of the dust and resin flux in soldering by cutting the notch reaching up to the core part on the sheath part of a resin flux cored solder at the vicinity of the soldering spot. CONSTITUTION:A sheath part 5b is cut so as to reach up to the core part of a solder 5 by the rotary cutter 4 provided at the lower end part approached to a soldering work point 9 by leading a resin flux cored solder 5 into an arranging means 3. This solder 5 is heated by a soldering iron 7 when reaches up to the work spot 9 and the soldering is performed with the resin flux at the sheath part 5b and core part 5a being melted. In this case the melted resin flux and its volatile matter are easily discharged from the notch part 11, so the rise of the inner pressure of the solder core part 5a is avoided. The splash of solder dust and resin flux is therefore restrained and stabilized soldering work is performed.
