PURPOSE:To improve sealing quality for a liquid by providing an adjustment mechanism on a valve housing for adjusting a pressing force on a valve actuation element on the back of a valve body comprising a diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:A valve body 3 is provided using a diaphragm between a valve proper 1 and a housing 2, thereby forming a valve chamber 4. And a valve seat 6 having a valve port 5 is provided, projecting from the valve proper 1 to the inside of the valve chamber 4. Also, a valve actuation element 7 is sandwiched between the valve proper 1 and the housing 2 via an O-ring 8. A load adjustment screw 10 to advance and retreat in the direction of the valve actuation element 7 is threaded to the housing 2 via a screw, and a spring 11 is fitted to press the valve actuation element 7 resiliently.
