PURPOSE:To increase water resistance, and to improve operativity and eliminate a failure in winding a film at the time of loading by providing a black cover which opens only a cartridge chamber, a film presence/absence detecting means which detects a film leader part, and a control means which rewinds the film reader part into the cartridge. CONSTITUTION:The rear cover 19 is opened and a cartridge P is loaded in the cartridge chamber 1a. At this time, the film leader part F projects to the outside from a film advance entrance provided between a rear cover 15 and the back cover 19. The film presence/absence detection switch 5 is opened by being pressed by the film leader part F to reverse a motor 9, and a sun gear is rotated clockwise through a pinion gear or speed reduction gear and the film leader part F is rewound. The film presence/absence detection switch 5 is turned on to detect the end of winding and a control circuit switches the rotating directions of the motor 9.
