PURPOSE:To easily take a measure to meet a variation in a production amount and a manufacturing method, by a method wherein each workpiece or each workpiece lot is provided with a memory medium containing manufacturing condition parameter, and each manufacturing device performs machining, assembly, and inspection according to an instruction (a parameter value) contained in the memory medium. CONSTITUTION:A central processing unit 2 reads or calculates a machining procedure of a workpiece and manufacturing conditions at each process from a memory medium 3, e.g., magnetic disc, to write them in a memory medium 5, e.g., a semiconductor memory (IC card), which is attendant to the workpiece, through the working of a writing device 4. In the case of machining and assembly, the details of the memory medium 5 are read by a reading and writing device 6 to transfer it to a control device 7. The control device 7 outputs a signal to a manufacturing device 8. Upon completion of machining employed by the manufacturing device 8 for driving, the writing and reading device 6 writes measurement data in the memory medium 5, and said process is completed. This constitution enables to easily take a measure to meet a variation in a production amount and a manufacturing method. |
