PURPOSE:To facilitate the mounting, detachment and operation of a plate to be contacted, by contacting the plate to be contacted and a pin probe with two different sequence operations. CONSTITUTION:The relative operations of pin boards 3, 7 are set so as to perform two different operations. That is, a shaft 4 is provided to both ends of one side of the board 3 so that the board 3 is largely opened in a single swing state and bearings 6 are mounted to both left and right ends thereof are mounted to facilitate the mounting and detachment of a plate 8 to be contacted. As another one operation, a spring 5 is provided to the support part of each bearing 6 and the board 3 is moved up and down by the action of the spring 5 while held horizontally. By positioning the plate 8 between the boards 3, 7 and mounting sponge like rubber 9 having uniform material quality, pin probes 2, 10 can be accurately contacted with the plate 8 and operation becomes easy.
