PURPOSE:To aim at compactification in a binary on-off valve, by bending a cavitied part in a way of making the center of both ends of the cavitied part of a rotary plate and the center of an inlet part and an outlet part of both outward and inward passages so as to be situated in an apex at the same square. CONSTITUTION:Both circulating circuits of an outward passage 8 and an inward passage 9 are controlled by a valve operating mechanism consisting of a fixed plate 3 and a rotary plate 4. The center of both ends of cavities parts 41a and 41b and the center of inlet parts 31a and 31c and outlet parts 31b and 31d of these outward and inward passages 8 and 9 to be opened to a fixed plane part both are made so as to be situated in an apex at the same squre. In addition, these centers are bent so as to come nearer to each other at the central part made in common with these cavitied parts 41a and 41b. Therefore, even in case the rotary plate and the fixed plane being oppositely contacted with this plate are small, a binary passage can be opened of closed.
